"I feel that when the room was cleaned, they should've picked up a bit more. We had a loose towel rack and plaster and an anchor were left on the bathroom sink. In my FIL's room, wet towels were left on the sink. Also, we had no cold water! Their excuse was "the pipes are too close together."! Although, we did get $10.00 off of our room price for each night, because of it. I have to say, the front desk--Cisscily and Corey as well as Terry, who fixed the breakfast, were top notch!!!!"
